Job Description We are looking for a Senior Chemical Engineer to join a state-of-the-art EV/Hybrid battery recycler. This position will be responsible for the development and implementation of new processes and products as multiple lithium-ion battery recycling facilities are established across the US, as well as the oversight of existing projects. The ideal candidate will have experience with process design, chemical synthesis, and process control. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing a wide range of projects that are critical to the company's growth. Primary Responsibilities: Lead the design, installation, and commissioning of chemical processes and equipment. Provide ongoing process support for plant operation and maintenance. Support materials and analytical lab development and operation Own process deliverables for Front End Engineering Design through EPC project phase such as flowsheets, P&IDs, process modeling, control narratives, HAZOPs, etc. Evaluate and recommend new process technologies to improve recycling and refining, including both technical and economics/financial considerations.
