POSITION TITLE: Non-Credit Instructor - CTE OSHA (part-time) DEPARTMENT: Economic & Business Development REPORTS TO: Director of the NOWI POSITION STATUS: This is a part-time, non-unit professional position without benefits, not to exceed 18.5 hours per week. Requirements: REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Authorized OSHA Outreach Trainer for Construction and/or General Industry (OSHA 500 or 501 required). * Minimum of 5 years of occupational safety or technical training experience, including OSHA 10/30 delivery. * Must have a current First Aid/CPR and AED certifications from the American Red Cross of the American Heart Association and OHSA 10/30. * Demonstrated experience developing and facilitating "train-the-trainer" programs. * Strong knowledge of federal and Massachusetts-specific OSHA regulations. * Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
