    Job Description The ECCP Program Manager-ECCP Replication and Expansion, working in conjunction with the ECCP Management Team, and closely with the ECCP Director, provides leadership for the overall operations of ECCP Replication and Expansion. This includes providing TA to State partners implementing ECCP as well as identifying additional expansion opportunities for the ECCP Program. This position is up to 100% work from home, with the flexibility to work more in office to fit the business needs of the company. Some travel to expansion/replication states may be needed. This position will represent ABH and its services in a positive and professional manner and adhere to ABH's best practices, guidelines, policies and procedures as established, promoting ABH as a leader in behavioral healthcare in all interactions and work. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Trained in and holds strong working knowledge of the ECCP Program Model. Maintains familiarity and understanding of contract requirements related ECCP replication/expansion states. Develop and institute innovative solutions to optimize the operations of the ECCP Program within expansion states. Work closely with the ECCP Management team to identify trends, needs, and solutions. Brings forward any needs for model adaptation based on needs/landscape of replication state. Provides TA to ECCP Model Fidelity Supervisors in replication/expansion states in accordance with the ECCP Program Model. Provides TA and guidance to ECCP Model Fidelity Supervisors in replication/expansion states resolving concerns with subcontracted agency partners as indicated, elevating concerns to ECCP Director as indicated. Maintain and update program materials to reflect state specific adaptations as needed, to reflect current program policies and practices. Monitors ongoing ECCP workforce and training needs in expansion/replication states, and works closely with ECCP Training Specialist to help inform focus areas related to professional development for the ECCP Program. Works closely with the ECCP Data Specialist to integrate findings from continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance and optimize program operations in expansion/replication states. Promptly elevates concerns to ECCP Director related to any contract level and consultant performance concerns, or any other potential issue that may compromise the quality of ECCP service delivery in expansion/replication states. Identifies potential expansion and growth opportunities for the ECCP program, and alerts ECCP Director of such opportunities. Demonstrates confidence related to working within evidence based model and able to uphold the significant value of understanding and conveying the role data plays in informing the work of consultation. Other administrative duties as identified and assigned by the Program Director, which may include representing ABH and ECCP in attendance at and/or participation in Early Childhood Initiatives, trainings and presentations; vetting requests for ECCP expansions, and facilitating public presentations; and other duties as identified to implement and enhance the overall activities related to new or existing components of the ECCP Program; Maintains confidentiality of all client protected health information and adheres to all HIPPA related to policies and procedures; Performs other tasks/responsibilities as required to support the business operations; Demonstrates ethical behavior and cultural sensitivity in all activities involving individuals of diverse backgrounds. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Masters Degree in the field of Mental Health; Clinical License required; 5 or more years of post-graduate work experience with children in the behavioral health and early education fields, preferably working in the field of early childhood mental health consultation. Demonstrated knowledge of the principles and practices involved in delivering individual child and classroom/program focused early childhood mental health services; 3-5 years of work experience in the supervision of staff for effective and efficient service delivery preferred; Experience working within an evidence based service delivery model preferred. Experience with community engagement and in facilitating effective partnerships across disciplines. KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES: Strong attention to detail; ability to work on multiple tasks and meet deadlines; Excellent organizational skills; Effective communication skills, demonstrated leadership and planning skills; Competencies in the following areas: (Administrative, Reflective, and or Clinical) Supervision; Management; Culture, Early Childhood Development, Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health, and Early Childhood Education; Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health Consultation; Professional writing, training and public speaking skills; Excellent PC skills with demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office Package (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Access, Outlook); internet; working within an information system preferred. Intake/Intake Management Responsibilities: * Coordinate the work of the intake department at Survivor Services, including communicating and working closely with the Coordinator of Evaluation Services to make sure guidelines/targets for the number of available intake spots and the number of days until the first available appointment are optimized. * Ensure that the following intake activities are completed daily: * Document all communication with referrals and referral sources. * Collaborate with the Case Management Department, Operations Manager, Front Desk Staff (clinical secretaries), and Medical Records staff to ensure rapid completion and follow-through for all referrals made to the organization. * Meet with participants on the day of their evaluation/intake in order to facilitate completion of intake paperwork and describe the evaluation/intake process to participants. Manage the intake calendar. * Maintain databases to track multiple aspects of the intake process. * All website referrals, telephone referrals, and internal PHMC referrals are responded to within one business day. * Effectively and promptly respond to incoming calls and provide accurate information to all callers in a professional manner. Respond to the caller's needs and concerns and make determinations on a case-by-case basis on how to best move the process forward in terms of scheduling an intake, deferring until a later date, or referring to another provider. * Ensure pre-service packets are created (up to 70 per week) so that they are prepared for each scheduled participant on the day of the intake/evaluation. * Gather appropriate documentation required before or on the day of the evaluation/intake. Materials are reviewed for required information. * Keep clear, accurate notes in the client records database and any other referral tracking databases. * Work with supervisor and coordinators to strategize and identify ways to initiate and facilitate working professional relationships with referral sources. * Provide the Director of Clinical Services with monthly referral and admissions data (including referrals completed by source, by type (child and adolescent), by month, show rate percentage, rescheduled percentage, etc. * Collaborate with management staff to identify referral and admissions trends based on historical data and financial or structural changes in state funding or provider agencies. Key responsibilities as a BCBA include: Utilize your expertise to develop and supervise the implementation of targeted interventions that change the lives of children with autism Share in the achievements of your clients as they develop positive behaviors and learn new skills Provide caring support during family conversations to ensure parents fully understand assessment results and treatment recommendations Advocate for your clients by monitoring for potential issues and communicating concerns Share your knowledge and experience through direct supervision, support, training, and orientation of our growing team of behavioral technicians Physically keep up with clients as they move about the session area(s). This will require many physical activities including, but not limited to, standing, sitting, bending, lifting 25+ pounds, running, squatting, kneeling, and generally keeping pace with children from 2-15 years old Qualifications As an ideal BCBA candidate, you bring to Proud Moments ABA the following qualifications: Master's degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or a related field Current BCBA license (depending on state) or sitting for your exam in the next 3 months- students are welcome!
