Pros of working at Advisors Excel

The team work and camaraderie is beyond any place I've ever worked.

Cons of working at Advisors Excel

Living in Florida, and the company location and managers being in Kansas is the only thing that not makes this a perfect partnership. Thank God for the internet, Zoom, FaceTime!

Advisors Excel benefits

I love all the bonuses and incentives they give for your hard work. It's nice to be recognized on a regular basis and not just at the end of a year.

What do you like best about Advisors Excel's CEO and the leadership team?

Professionalism

How would you improve Advisors Excel's culture?

Encouraging small offices or territories to have face to face events for team building. Not just Top Producers going out of town/country for reward events, but encouraging all offices to have some kind of reward incentives or team building get togethers.

I prepared for the interview by having my accomplishments ready to present.
