As a Manufacturing Technician, you will be responsible for layering fibers and fabrics with epoxies and glues on molds and tools. This role requires you to assemble and disassemble molds and tools, cut and measure fabrics and fibers, and follow strict procedures and instructions while maintaining visual attention to detail. You will operate CNC machines and cut tables using computer systems and follow computer-based work instructions and documentation. The curing process involves the use of ovens, and materials are stored in refrigerators.
**Responsibilities**
+ Layer fibers/fabrics with epoxies and glues on molds/tools.
+ Assemble and disassemble molds/tools.
+ Cut and measure fabrics/fibers.
+ Follow strict procedures and instructions with visual attention to detail.
+ Operate CNC machines and cut tables using computer systems.
+ Follow computer-based work instructions and documentation.
+ Manage curing processes in ovens and store materials in refrigerators.
**Essential Skills**
+ 1-3 years of experience in fields that emphasize attention to detail, following work instructions, fabricating, troubleshooting builds, using tools, and assembling products.
+ Ability to operate computers.
+ Proficiency in assembly and hand tool usage.
+ Troubleshooting and fabrication skills.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Adaptability and willingness to learn new procedures.
+ Experience with inspection, composite materials, epoxies, autoclaves, ovens, sewing, Dremel's, lamination, sanding, vacuum, airframe, cutting tools, prepreg, and layup.
+ Beneficial skills include composite layup or prepreg, operating CNC or table cutters, ovens or autoclaves, and sewing machines.

**Job Title: Millwright** **Monday - Friday, 40 hour weeks with available OT; Pay: $30/hr., will pay more based on welding/construction/millwright experience** Join our team as a Technician, where you will play a vital role in assembling farming conveyor systems in the field. This position offers the opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic environment, with hands-on tasks such as cleaning up job sites, gathering materials and tools, cutting steel using a plasma cutter or grading saw, welding, and reading blueprints.
Responsibilities
+ Clean up job sites and ensure a tidy workspace.
+ Gather necessary materials and tools for various tasks.
+ Learn to cut steel using a plasma cutter and grading saw.
+ Develop welding skills.
+ Learn to read and interpret blueprints.
+ Accurately measure and cut steel.
+ Assemble farming conveyor systems in the field.
Essential Skills
+ Experience with hand tools.
+ Proficiency in using a tape measure.
+ Experience in welding, conveyor assembly, and mechanical assembly.
+ History of working outdoors.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Mechanical assembly skills are preferred and helpful.
+ Strong attendance and punctuality are important.
+ Career-minded and hardworking individuals will excel.
+ Ability to read a tape measure and eagerness to learn measuring and cutting steel.
Work Environment
The work environment involves traveling within a one-hour radius around Ohio, with the potential for overnight stays in hotels up to 10% of the time. Depending on the workload, 70%-90% of the work is conducted outdoors. Be open to travel for 1-3 weeks at a time.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr.
