Our Aeronautics Systems sector is currently seeking an Aircraft Structures Mechanic Level 3 to join our operations team, located in Clearfield, UT, working on major assembly structures such as fuselage panels and bulkheads, and structural subassemblies such as rudders, flaps, and stabilizers.
Please note: Only external candidates and NG employees who are not currently aircraft structures mechanics at the Clearfield site will be considered under this requisition.
Position Requirements:
This position requires at least four years of experience working on aircrafts with a complete understanding of the detailed aspects of the job with practical applications to problems and situations ordinarily encountered. The candidate will receive limited supervision with few instructions for routine work and general instructions on new activities or special assignments. May assist in orienting, training, assigning and checking the work of lower-level employees.

Aligning parts on jigs using templates and fixtures
Performing part-fitting operations such as filing, sawing, burring, crimping, trimming, framing, riveting, drilling, and reaming.
Measuring parts with micrometers and calipers to verify dimensions.
Modifying incomplete and complete assemblies to incorporate changes to structure.
Monitoring and verify quality in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures.
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) with at least 4-years of relatable aircraft experience in manufacturing/production experience (or similar)
Perform moderate strenuous physical and repetitious work to include: lifting over 25 pounds, working with chemicals, prolonged overhead work, climbing up and down ladders, prolonged kneeling, bending, or stooping, carrying tools, testing for and wearing a respirator, and working in awkward and/or confined spaces
DoD Secret Security Clearance and special program access required to start, but not required to apply
Ability to read and interpret schematics, assembly drawings, process specifications, technical manuals, written instructions, test procedures, etc.
Ability to work flexible, changing shifts, including weekends
Must successfully complete and pass the “ASTAR New Hire Training / Compliance” within a reasonable time period, as defined by the company to meet its business need.

We're hiring an Aircraft Maintenance Technician (AMT) responsible for the overall maintenance and safety of our fleet within Guardian Flight. This technician will be qualified to support our Pilatus PC-12 airframe. This is a key role to ensure our team can safely maintain and deliver timely and high-quality transportation services, care and customer service to patients.
Responsibilities
* Aircraft Maintenance Technician will perform maintenance services including mechanical inspections, screening, repairs and provide regular statuses to the Lead Technician.
* Manage inventory checks to ensure stock of supplies and equipment, regularly update the equipment tracking log, place replacement requests when necessary and document part expenditures.
* Clearly document service paperwork and FAA information as required and adhere to policies and procedures while complying with the company's information security standards.
* Take pride in sustaining a safe and clean working environment for the aircraft maintenance team and flight crew.
* Use appropriate communication methods to help facilitate coordination of efforts between departments, vendors and team members.
* Work collaboratively and in a professional manner with all allied health and public safety personnel as well as your fellow AMTs and operations team.
Minimum Required Qualifications
* Three (3) years turboprop and/or turbine powered fixed-wing experience
* Valid Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license
* Valid State issued Driver's license
* High School diploma or GED equivalent
* Federal Aviation Regulations knowledge
* EMS Systems, Aircraft maintenance systems, records and maintenance support and planning
* Ability to work a flexible schedule including overtime and 24/7 on-call rotations.
* Must be acceptable in accordance with the FAA drug and alcohol testing program.
* Must be able to push and/or pull 100+ lbs.
* Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 50 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications
* Pilatus PC-12 maintenance experience
* FAA Inspection Authorization Certificate
* Related experience under CFR Part 14
* Autopilot maintenance experience
* Avionics and electrical repair experience

What You Will Do:

Key Responsibilities:
