I enjoy the work I do and interacting with people, And All Aboard provides that interaction.

Management her in the South is still under Jim Crow attitudes with no diversity or Inclusion at ALL. Very depressing work environment.

Incentive pay.

Here in Port Arthur Texas, there is NO real, fair leadership at ALL. Very racist work environment. Vast turnaround and low moral.

Being fair, firm and consistent with all employees no matter of race, sex or age. Show employees they are human and not cattle.

I've worked in the area of transportation as a senior Manager for over 10yrs. and simply answered all question honestly and with prior experience..

Within range and fair compensation for the work. Even though management give incentives to whom they choose.

Very, Very Poor there is none white rule and people of color are just pawns and tools to be used. Poor, poor representation.

Passengers, most co-workers and the interaction with them, being active and helpful to all.

The working environment is great and the people were awesome.

The only con about working the night shift on the detailing. but everybody on the crew and all the management and everybody at the company was amazing And also maybe the fact that you had to work holidays. but holidays would be double pay

My favorite perk or benefit would be the double pay on holidays because you work and get the holiday pay
