The workforce is diverse. They generally hire good, talented people, although I'm sure it depends on what part of the company you're in. I worked in corporate communications and it was a friendly, open-minded, team-oriented environment.

At times, the workflow is inefficient. The company isn't very innovative, so there's not much opportunity to be overly creative with projects. Middle management seems overwhelmed.

The company pays fairly well, and the health care coverage is very good.

Pay and benefits were excellent. Working from home.

Zero training. My first day on the job I was placed in front of a computer and told to get to work. I requested help from my team lead who informed me he was too busy and to figure it out. Would NOT recommend this employer.

Very little advancements for African American, even though they have both educational and experience to back them.

Health insurance, even though it seems to be going up every year.

Immediate supervisor was very supportive.
