Routinely deliver bus passes and food boxes to homeless Veterans Work closely with the SSVF Case Manager to assist homeless Veterans with the program eligibility determination process and refer homeless Veterans to other community services to meet their needs. Support community efforts to end veteran homeless by reviewing HMIS and Built for Zero veteran data to inform outreach efforts. Supports efforts of community coordinated entry to advocate for veteran's housing opportunities. Provide office coverage as needed to help support walk-ins.
