* Collaborate with the Corporate G&A teams to translate business system requirements into design specifications, system configurations, and solutions for purchased and home-grown applications.
* Apply ERP software expertise to foster best in class solutions across multiple business areas. Demonstrate exceptional expertise and leadership related to SAP.
* Help devise complex cross functional solutions for unusually significant situations, working across SAP, Datawarehouse, and integration technology landscapes.
* Provide clear instructions and specifications to development teams for solutions requiring code work. Assist with Unit testing of solutions.
* Work with third party vendors and contractors as needed for major projects, maintain oversight on all project related expenses and budget.
* Create User Stories and acceptance criteria and work with other technical teams to ensure technical and business needs are determined seamlessly.
* Independently and effectively organize and manage multiple assignments with challenging timelines.
* Demonstrable ability to make decisions and collaborate efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Demonstrate strong leadership characteristics within the group and broader IT organization. Coach and mentor other individual contributors on technologies and business processes.
* Serve as technical solutions lead on large transformational SAP Projects. Leverage prior experience to provide direction to both functional and technical resources, helping match work efforts to individuals.
* Participate in cross functional projects related to business processes such as: Order management, Channel management, Commerce, Scheduling, Supply Chain planning, and Finance.
* Work with Iterative Agile Methodologies, Waterfall methodologies and Test - Driven Development.
* Help organization by leading strategic initiatives tightly aligned with departmental goals and measures. Serve as spokesperson to senior management for these specialized programs and projects.

Minimum Qualifications
* BS/MS degree in Management Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or an IT/Order Management related subject.
* 10+ years of experience in IT working with business systems.
* 10+ years of SAP Experience required, with at least 3 years' experience with S/4 around SAP Sales and Distribution (SD/OTC). Experience with at least 3 implementations or upgrades.
* A solid track record of being an expert in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD/OTC) configuration. Additional knowledge and experience of EDI/IDoc, BTP, CDS and Fiori are expected.
* Additional knowledge of GTS, Commerce Cloud and SCM integrations a plus.
* Demonstrated technical capability to read and debug ABAP code.

System Applications Engineer
The Customer Solutions Enablement Group (CSE) group is seeking a System Applications Engineer to join our customer-facing product reference designs team. Who will be responsible for supporting a broad range of industry leading high-performance solutions and standard products for end applications such as instrumentation, aerospace, defense, and communication systems.
The System Applications Engineer is responsible for application development, product engineering, and support of high-performance software-controlled RF modules. As part of a cross functional team, the System Applications Engineer performs definition, development, implementation and documentation of the reference designs driven by customer needs. This includes working directly with the software and HDL teams to define and implement the functionalities needed by the system level applications; as well as providing technical support for our global customers.
Responsibilities include:
Architect, collaborate upon, and maintain system level reference designs
Work in close collaboration with the hardware and software teams for developing new platforms and enhancing the capabilities of the current platforms
Writing and publishing collateral such as Application Notes, Tech Briefs, Technical Articles, Training Material etc.
Provide customer support through various mediums
Support technical customer visits, to help them resolve designs issues
Manage and coordinate multiple projects that run simultaneously
Create technical presentations for industrial and academic venues
Essential skills and competencies:
BS in Electrical Engineering (EE) or Computer Science (CS) with minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the design, implementation, and support of communications, radar or general RF systems
Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Basic understanding of embedded hardware architectures including AMD/Xilinx or Altera/Intel FPGAs and SoCs
Basic understanding of digital signal processing and frequency analysis
