No, Spotify does not drug test. Spotify is a digital music streaming service that offers access to millions of songs and podcasts. They do not drug test their employees as they believe that it is not necessary for the job function and that they should focus on hiring the most qualified candidate.

Even though Spotify is not known to drug test their employees, they are a drug-free company as evidenced in their Code of Conduct which states:

Let's all stay safe and sound! Spotify has the responsibility to provide a safe and healthy work environment and each employee has responsibility for maintaining it by following safety and health rules and practices.
Violence, threatening behavior, or use of illegal drugs is never allowed in our

house. Neither is reporting to work under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs.

Spotify is also a tobacco-free company and does not allow their employees to use regular cigarettes, as well as chewing tobacco, electronic cigarettes, smokeless tobacco, vapes, or any other variations while building, company vehicles, or while attending events. Some locations do have a designated vaping area but do not allow the use of regular cigarettes.
