How many vacation days do US senators get?

US Senators do not get "vacation days" per say, but they are given recess throughout the year that is equal to around 3 months. US Senators may choose to take recess time to work on fundraising, focusing on their own constituents, or taking time off to go on vacation.

US Senators have a fairly flexible schedule when the senate is not in session. While they could hypothetically use all of that time to go on vacation, doing so would likely hurt their chances for reelection, and would not allow them to fulfill their job responsibilities. Senators are more likely to take 1-3 weeks off per year.
