Why do you want to work in pediatrics?

Your answer should mainly focus on your affinity to children and helping them overcome any medical conditions, sicknesses, or injuries that they might have. Pediatric employers place an overwhelming amount of value on professionals that care about children, but they also want to hear about your expertise, skills, and accomplishments, so be sure to highlight these as well.
