Why do you want to work in the ICU?

Your answer should mainly focus on your affinity to patient care and helping them overcome any medical conditions, sicknesses, or injuries that they might have. ICU employers place an overwhelming amount of value on professionals that care about patients, but they also want to hear about your expertise, skills, and accomplishments, so be sure to highlight these too.
