Why do you want to work in the NICU?

Your answer should mainly focus on your affinity for newborns and helping them overcome any medical conditions, sicknesses, or injuries that they might have. NICU employers place an overwhelming amount of value on professionals that care about newborns, but they also want to hear about your expertise, skills, and accomplishments, so be sure to highlight these too.
