Description
Apple is seeking an attorney with 3-5 years of insurance regulatory experience to join its Corporate, Commercial & Compliance Legal Department. This role will support a wide range of insurance regulatory management matters, working closely with business, operations, and compliance teams worldwide. The position requires strong drafting, coordination, and project management skills. The attorney will:
Draft and maintain terms and conditions, policy documentation, and other governance materials for Apple's insurance and device protection programs.
Partner with cross-functional teams-including product, marketing, operations, finance-to gather required inputs and ensure alignment across global launches.
Manage production and process flows for legal document reviews, approvals, and publication to support timely and compliant product readiness.
Provide advice and counsel on complex insurance regulatory and compliance matters across multiple jurisdictions.
Coordinate insurance licensing, product filings, and other regulatory submissions.
Draft, review, and negotiate agency agreements and other commercial contracts with insurers, underwriters, and service partners.
Identify, assess, and mitigate legal and operational risks while supporting Apple's innovative business objectives.
Minimum Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
Member in good standing of at least one U.S. state bar.
3-5 years of insurance regulatory or related legal experience at a top-tier law firm or multinational in-house legal department.
Demonstrated experience drafting and managing terms and conditions, regulatory filings, or commercial agreements.

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $175,700 and $263,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

The Manager - Operations Control serves as the primary management control oversight of gate planning, daily schedule integrity, and flight process activities, all while ensuring local station requirements are met and United's core4 principles are upheld. Operations Control Managers must be able to function interchangeably as planners overseeing the hub gating plan and as flight process overseers / problem solvers within a given area of responsibility (a pod of approximately 10-20 gates).

We do not require special schooling or a college degree for this job and you will be fully trained by United.
Your United journey begins with the best Flight Attendant training in the industry! You will spend 6.5 weeks attending Initial Training in Houston, TX. Here you will learn United's safety and service standards. During training, you will be assigned your base in one of our seven hubs in Chicago, Denver, Houston, Los Angeles, Newark, San Franciso, Washington Dulles, or one of our other flight attendant base locations (relocation funds not provided). * Must be able to pass a 10-year background check, including criminal background history. Your background must not prohibit travel to or from anywhere United flies. For example, Canada has a strict inadmissible classification for DWI/DUI charges including misdemeanors. If you have been on probation or convicted of a DWI/DUI within the last 10 years, the Canadian government will not allow you to travel to and from Canada unless you have already received a Temporary Resident Permit (TRP) from the Canadian government which will allow you to continue your work duties for a temporary period of time.

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $200,700 and $301,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
