I thought the pros and working at Appleby & Company are that it is a family owned business with generous owners who often provide Christmas luncheons and goodies almost every week.
In my experience the cons at working at Appleby & Company are that it is located in Fresno California and the tower district if overrun with transients.
My favorite perk from working at Appleby & Company is that you can tell everyone that you work at Applebee's and they think you are a server or a bartender but really you are just working at a legal service.
What I like best about the CEO and leadership at Appleby is that they are family owned and treat you like family.
I would improve the culture at Appleby & Company by including more stuff to do in the breakroom like a pinball machine or something fun.
