Ron Squarer serves as Chairman and Executive Advisor at ADC Therapeutics SA (NYSE: ADCT) and directly supported the May 2020 company IPO. Mr. Squarer served as Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Array Biopharma Board of Directors from April 2012 through August 2019 when Pfizer Inc. acquired the company for $11.8 billion following the successful launch of the cancer treatments Braftovi® and Mektovi®. During his tenure, the company’s valuation grew ~40-fold through execution across research, development, and commercialization focused in the Oncology area. Array Biopharma’s research team is recognized for having invented Vitrakvi®/larotrectinib/TRK, Koselugo®/selumetinib/MEK, Tukysa®/tucatinib/HER2, ipatasertib/AKT, selpercatinib/RET, and MRTX849/KRAS-G12C among other molecules. Mr. Squarer has extensive commercial, development, research prioritization, and executive leadership expertise from a career spanning more than two decades in the biopharmaceutical industry. Before joining Array, Mr. Squarer held positions of increasing responsibility with Hospira, Inc., a global pharmaceutical and medical device company. In his last role there, as Senior Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer, he was responsible for delivering $4 billion in annual revenue. Mr. Squarer joined Hospira from Mayne Pharma, where he served as Senior Vice President, Global Corporate and Business Development when Mayne was sold to Hospira in 2007 for over $2 billion. Before Mayne Pharma, Mr. Squarer held leadership roles at both Pfizer, Inc. (including in Oncology), and SmithKline Beecham Pharmaceuticals (now GlaxoSmithKline) in the U.S. and Europe and currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Deciphera Inc. (NASDAQ: DCPH) and Travere Therapeutics Inc. (NASDAQ: TVTX) Mr. Squarer earned an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, and a bachelor’s degree in biochemistry from the University of California, Berkeley.

Dr. Snitman is a Co-Founder of Array and has served as Chief Operating Officer, Vice President of Business Development, and a member of the Board of Directors since May 1998. Prior to forming Array, Dr. Snitman held various positions with Amgen Inc. since 1981, including Associate Director, New Products and Technology and Manager of Amgen's Boulder research facility. Dr. Snitman received a B.S. in chemistry from Northeastern University and obtained a Ph.D. in the synthesis of natural products from the University of Colorado. He was an NIH Postdoctoral Fellow at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Joe is the Vice President of Sales at Saama Technologies, responsible for Saama’s commercial development in the Life Sciences industry. He drives overall sales and customer success, building the infrastructure, growing the team and enchaining Saama’s position in the industry. Joe brings a wealth of sales acumen and customer focus to Saama from his 25+ years in sales and sales leadership, mostly in Life Sciences. Prior to joining Saama, Joe spent over 6 years working with Medidata Solutions, a leader in eClnical development software, managing teams for both direct sales into Pharmaceutical, Biotech and Medical Device companies, as well as the large Contract Research Organization (CRO) space. While there he consistently achieved stellar sales results, helping to grow the business and increase customer satisfaction and retention rates. Prior to Medidata, Joe was Vice President of Sales at Sparta Systems, a leader in Quality Management Systems in Life Sciences, where he transformed the sales team and built winning teams that accounted for significant company growth. Joe graduated from Villanova University undergraduate business school and later earned an MBA with honors from Saint Joseph’s University. Joe thoroughly enjoys his three college-aged children. He’s personally involved in volunteer and community service with various organizations, including serving on the Board of Trustees for The Boys & Girls Club of Camden NJ. He’s an avid skier, fitness enthusiast, and Harley Davidson motorcycle rider. Joe spends most summer weekends at the NJ beach enjoying outdoor activities.
