Attend/witness selected tests and review all applicable test reports and results

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand 100% of the time. WORK ENVIRONMENT

The work environment is structured, and lunches and breaks are regulated. Must notify supervisor or group leader when leaving work area.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ 3rd shift 11:00pm-6:30am Monday - Friday
+ Assemble and test aerospace components according to specifications and quality standards.
+ Conduct inspections and troubleshoot issues to ensure product reliability.
+ Document test results and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
**YOU MUST HAVE**
+ 3 years of experience in assembly and testing of aerospace components.
+ Strong technical skills in mechanical assembly and testing processes.
+ Familiarity with aerospace standards and quality assurance practices.
+ Proficiency in using hand tools and testing equipment specific to aerospace applications.
