Position Summary:We are seeking candidates for a full-time AssistantProfessor position in Management who are committed to excellence in teaching, academic contributions, and service, and who will enrich the growth and success of the department, university, and broader community. About the School of Business:
The School offers both BS and MBA degrees, with a dedicated team of 9 full-time faculty and 20 part-time faculty members.
Our MBA program provides a fully online experience, along with a three-plus-one program model for undergraduates to earn an MBA.
Faculty actively contributes to ongoing program assessment, supporting our IACBE accreditation and continuous improvement.
Faculty members are encouraged to develop new courses and innovative teaching approaches as part of our commitment to continuous pedagogical enhancement.
The typical faculty teaching load is four on-campus courses per semester, with most programs offering online course options.
Class sizes range from 15 to 28 students, providing a supportive and engaging learning environment on our Rindge, New Hampshire campus.
Qualifications:
A Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus in Management or a related field from an accredited institution is required, with doctoral degree or ABD preferred.
Preferred candidates should have teaching experience in areas such as general management, operations, business law, organizational behavior, business strategy, human resource management, and economics. Practitioner work experience in these areas is highly desirable.
A strong commitment to high-quality teaching is essential, with a demonstrated ability to engage students effectively across multiple teaching modalities.
Active involvement in professional engagement, applied research, and service is encouraged and expected in this role.
The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for providing high-quality, student- centered advising and mentoring to support student success.

To provide such air traffic services, the FAA trains new air traffic control specialists and provides recurrent training to current air traffic control specialists. The scope of the contractor-provided services includes all training and training program support to successfully train and prepare students to become fully certified air traffic controllers. Work schedule
Instructors work from Monday to Friday. The season starts with one week of paid staff training. Exact start and end dates vary slightly by location. Generally staff trainings starts in late March or early April, and the season ends in early June.
Qualifications
Successful candidates will have a strong desire to work outdoors and enjoy working with elementary and middle school students. A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively in a team are highly valued. Given the nature of the role, you should be comfortable walking 3 to 5 miles per day with students and working long days (breakfast through evening programs, with some breaks during the day). A Bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required.
Salary, housing, and meals
Outdoor Education Instructors earn $615 per week. We provide shared accommodations for the season. Meals are provided by the dining hall when schools are on-site. Job Advertisement In the part time position the Recreation Program assistant under moderate supervision assists in the organization implementation and supervision of our recreation programs activities and special events for the community. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Ensures safety of all participants and direct supervision of children in all planned activities.
* Assists the Director; Manager and Staff with the program theme.
* Ensures children are aware of rules; and daily scheduled routines.
* Assists with equipment and materials for the assigned program/event.
* Ensures proper procedures are followed on a daily basis.
Work Environment
Work takes place indoor and outdoor conditions; in all types of weather.
Education Requirements
High school diploma or GED required.
Qualifications & Experience
Education classes or experience in camp; youth programs; recreation; working with children; or in a related field is helpful. Strong organizational and communication skills. Dynamic and Outgoing Personality
Physical Requirements
1. Must be able to come to work on time on a daily basis.
2. Must have the physical ability to lead and participate in camp activities which include; but are not limited to running; swimming; team building initiatives; physical games; and activities.
3. Must have the ability to physically manage and support children when needed for safety in general camp activities (child weighing 20 - 100 pounds).
4. Ability to perform a variety of tasks outdoors in different climate.
