Job Description
WHAT DOES AN ACCOUNT SUPERVISOR DO?
The Account Supervisor works with our clients to plan, execute, manage and analyze their digital marketing campaigns. This role interacts with our clients on a daily basis to build and maintain a strong partner relationship and is a key contributor to the client's day-to-day issues and projects. The Account Supervisor works closely with each of the internal departments at EVERSANA INTOUCH, including project management, business systems analysis, creative, analytics, social media, design and development; experience with managing projects, timelines, cost and tight deadlines is required. The Account Supervisor uses an understanding of marketing strategies, web metrics and other data to lead client strategic and tactical digital marketing efforts with other senior-level account staff and cross-functional teams. This role serves as primary contact to the client and/or agency partners to lead and implement digital marketing strategies and projects, as well as create client presentations, campaign results, POVs and research findings. Act as primary trainer for any additional assistant zone supervisors.
Monitor shop order status.
Use system tools such as iVP and Mattec when required.
Ensure that appropriate action for shop order closings is taken in a timely manner.
Ensure that the shop order quantity is within the determined accuracy goal and that all scrap has been accounted for and proper adjustments made.
Close shop orders when completed. This requires full cycle counts of all components of the job. Any inaccuracies will require full system cycle counts then pull all material out of production area and put away in warehouse. Then appropriate adjustments must be made before closing shop order.
The AssistantSupervisor analyzes daily material usage/adjustment in warehouse and zones (production floor) on a daily basis.
Have excess inventory for completed shop orders identified, counted, and removed from the work area. Return excess to the receiving warehouse or staging areas.
Use computer-based production information systems to plan shift work assignments in assigned production area.
Ensure zone personnel are using approved counting, labeling and transaction methods.
Ensure that Labor, IE, and QA have accurate container counts and stack patterns. Assist in the process by notifying industrial engineering of incorrect standard counts. Document findings using email.
The AssistantSupervisor ensures zone personnel are up to date on all new zone related changes in technology, methods, and materials for this position.
Support and comply with all Suncast safety policies, quality standards, and housekeeping methods at all times. Suncast policies have been developed to ensure compliance with employee law.
