Job Summary

You'll oversee the local service function across the full equipment life cycle while partnering with the sales team to drive business growth. * Effectively attract, coach, counsel, train, develop, and retain all service employees. Assist in compiling and maintaining data management systems for department activities, demographics, and performance, including reporting, and tracking metrics.
