Northwest Specialty Hospital is seeking an experienced Coding Supervisor to join the team! Under the supervision of the Business Office Director, and in conjunction with the Coding Manager, the Coding Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day oversight and performance of the coding department, ensuring that all inpatient and outpatient medical records are accurately coded, abstracted, and processed in accordance with established guidelines and regulatory requirements. The Coding Supervisor leads initiatives related to coder development, documentation quality, compliance, and process improvement, while also supporting operational goals such as productivity, turnaround time, and accuracy. The Coding Supervisor works directly with physicians to improve documentation practices, supports new provider onboarding, answers coding and policy-related inquiries, and ensures seamless communication across the revenue cycle. This role requires the ability to work independently, prioritize multiple responsibilities, and maintain professionalism under pressure.
Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
* Eligible for employment in the United States.
* High school diploma required; additional education in health information or related fields preferred.
* Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and disease processes.
* Proficiency with ICD-10-CM and CPT coding systems.
* Exceptional attention to detail, analytical skills, and accuracy.
* Proficiency with coding software, Microsoft Office, and related computer applications.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Improve the overall health of the communities we serve by managing patient care at assigned pharmacy by performing the following duties:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
In addition to Pharmacy Technician duties, the following are responsibilities of the Pharmacy Support Supervisor.
* Provides direct supervision of pharmacy support staff.

In this position, you will lead the development of assigned programs by forming community connections and partnerships, assist in developing policies, training and program design. Provide supervision, training and consultation to assigned staff.
Deliver clinical services to RCSP/MHSA clients with a team that works closely with the Department of Corrections to ensure individuals with Medicaid funding receive intensive case management services and ancillary outpatient services as appropriate.
Oversee outpatient services to Forensic Mental Health clients providing therapy, group, and case management services to individuals.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
Ensure team access Trueblood and other community resources as appropriate for clients.
Utilize mobile crisis services for client's continued stabilization in the community.
Monitor the appropriate discharge of individuals to community resources.
Review and approve, as appropriate, Care Plans for RCSP/MHSA and forensic mental health clients and ensure Care Plans are updated as needed.
Ensure all staff adhere to SAMHSA's Permanent Supportive Housing model as prescribed by HCA.
Accept all referrals of individuals who meet criteria to be enrolled in the programs.
Contact the individual the day or day after the referral is received to gather information and schedule a face-to-face contact.
Monitor the status of all enrollees in the program and their current status.
Co-sign all Care Plans and ensure they meet WAC requirements.
Provide weekly in office and out in the field supervision to all team members in a manner that promotes and develops a positive environment for members and staff.
Network with community partners to develop resources to support the individual in the community.
Submit data as required by HCA and the BHASO to the Program Administrator a week before the due date.
Develop community partnerships with law enforcement, local shelters, faith-based services, community court, jail and other entities that could assist in case finding efforts.
Work collaboratively with SPD and SFD, House of Charity, Eastern State Hospital, Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center and other emergency departments, behavioral health providers, and other community partners involved in serving Trueblood class members.

Provide and role model effective leadership that engages, motivates and supports assigned staff.

WRAPAROUND WITH INTENSIVE SERVICES (WISe)
WISe is a team and community-based model that provides individualized services to ensure youth and their families live successfully in their homes and communities. This program provides comprehensive behavioral healthcare services and supports to Medicaid-eligible individuals age 21 or younger and their families. WISe services will include:
Reduce the impact of mental health symptoms on youth and families, increase resiliency, and promote recovery
Keep youth safe, at home, and progressing in school
Help youth avoid delinquency
Promote youth development and maximize potential to grow into healthy, independent adults.
Focused and driven by the needs of family and family's support community; and provided in partnership with the client, family, and mental health provider.
The Wraparound with Intensive Services (WISe) Clinical Supervisor provides direct oversight and supervision to assigned WISe staff, including participation in staff hiring, training, coaching, and staff development. In conjunction with other WISe leaders, the supervisorassists in the coordination and orchestration of daily operations and participates in the continuous evaluation and development of the program. Provides direct supervision to assigned clinical staff who provide direct service to children and families enrolled in the WISe Program Services.
This position requires a willingness to be part of an on-call supervisor rotation, including weekends and evenings, for support and consultation of crisis calls with the on-call WISe clinical provider.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES includes but are not limited to the following:
Participate in planning and evaluation of the program.
Train and supervise clinicians working in the WISe Program, including new staff orientation, both regularly scheduled and as-needed supervision, performance evaluation and consultation as necessary. Assist in identifying training needs of clinicians working in the WISe Program and providing or helping clinicians to access such training.
Work to assure that WISe Program services are delivered in a manner that meets qualitative and quantitative standards of the agency and applicable licensing or regulatory bodies.
Assist in provision of direct clinical care as necessary to ensure that the child/youth and family needs are met and that high-risk situations are responded to, and that necessary continuity of care is provided during summer months.
Work with FBH, WISe and appropriate community partner personnel as necessary and appropriate to facilitate a positive, collaborative partnership between agency and partner agency staff.
Participate in agency staff, management and quality improvement meetings.
Serve in an advisory capacity to the Program Administrator and Director in employment and assignment of agency personnel, including important issues within or pertaining to the agency and/or WISe Program.
Assist Program Director in implementation of the agency's strategic plan, quality improvement plan and program development.
Monitor and facilitate communication of staff, families we serve, interagency and treatment/client interaction.
Provide services directly to client and families as needed.
Maintain and enhance customer service to ensure that both external and internal customers of FBH have a positive experience at FBH. Work closely as necessary with other community resources, professionals and systems (e.g., law enforcement, DCFS) to support quality care and facilitate a collaborative partnership between FBH and other such entities.
Ensure all assigned staff perform FBH charting requirements, correspondence, Dayforce, and other paperwork in a complete and timely manner.
Establish and maintain a good working relationship with all FBH staff.

The Emergency/Transitional Team serves as on-site support staff where they will support Trueblood class members-individuals with behavioral health needs involved in the criminal justice system-who are eligible for emergency and transitional housing with the goal of obtaining permanent supportive housing.
The Emergency/Transitional Team will provide:
On-site support to residents, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment,
Intensive case management to TBCMs residing in emergency or transitioning housing.
Develop and implement individualized service plans focused on housing stability, behavioral health, and community reintegration.
Coordinate access to mental health, substance use, medical and social services.
Support clients in navigating legal obligations, including court appearances and compliance with diversion programs.
Collaborate with peer support specialists, health care providers, and employment coaches.
Maintain accurate documentation and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings.
The Supervisor is responsible for day-to-day operations and oversight of their assigned program, providing supervision, training, and consultation to assigned staff. Supervisors promote engagement with enrolled clients with the goal of helping participants to overcome barriers, maintain stability in the community, engage in outpatient or inpatient treatment services, and to obtain and maintain services and housing. The supervisor is responsible for ensuring Trueblood enrolled clients are provided with all resources and services as outlined in policy. The supervisor shall aid in forming community connections and partnerships while promoting the use of diversion resources to minimize the use of emergency departments and incarceration.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
Manage multidisciplinary teams including certified peer counselors who have lived experience in behavioral health recovery, outreach and in-reach workers, housing specialists and mental health professionals.
Provide staff with training and resources to build relationships with eligible people in the community and help connect them with supports including housing, transportation, and health care.
Promote outreach and case management services for people who have significant barriers to accessing behavioral health and mainstream community supports.
Monitor the provision of housing support including housing subsidies; transportation assistance; support for accessing health services; and independent living skills training as applicable.
Coach and guide staff to assist Trueblood class members with accessing independent living options, including those who would benefit from short-term housing assistance beyond the 14‐day vouchers.
Ensure staff provide timely assistance to clients assessed to need housing support beyond what is offered through the crisis triage and stabilization facilities or the use of short-term voucher.
Develop community partnerships with law enforcement, local shelters, faith-based services, community court, jail and other entities that could assist in case finding efforts.
Work collaboratively with SPD and SFD, House of Charity, Eastern State Hospital, Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center and other emergency departments, and other community partners involved in serving Trueblood class members.
Continually seek areas of opportunity for program and process improvement and work in collaboration with the director to implement positive change.
Provide and role model effective leadership that engages, motivates and supports assigned staff.
Provide weekly supervision to assigned staff in a manner that promotes and develops a positive environment for members and staff.
Oversee implementation and adherence to organization-wide and department specific FBH policies, monitoring for compliance and addressing non-compliance as needed.
Assist staff to utilize productive conflict resolution techniques in handling conflict.
