EXPERIENCE 7+ plus years of design experience with injection molded plastic products. A basic understanding of injection molding principles. Proven project management experience from initial product planning and scope definition through delivery to customers. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES SolidWorks, Microsoft Office, Adobe Illustrator. Must be open-minded, team-oriented, clear communicator, with excellent analytical and critical thinking skills. Should have a good mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn new processes. Must be able to work with minimum supervision, meet time sensitive deadlines, keep accurate records, work in a collaborative environment.
