AUTOHAUS AUTOMOTIVE company history timeline
The dealership was founded in 1966 by Willi and Anita Fink.
Located in historic Yorktown, Virginia, Auto Haus began operations in 1992 as a small German automotive repair shop specializing in Mercedes and owned by Hans Hohlrieder.
In 1995, a one-acre parcel of land adjacent to the current building was purchased for future expansion.
So, in 1995 Auto Haus obtained it's DMV licensing to become an official Used Car Dealer in Virginia.
In 1999, construction of a new dealership began on the expansion site.
Auto Haus continued to grow and in January of 2000, a new 11,000 sq.ft. building was completed and Auto Haus of Yorktown began operations selling and servicing European brands like Mercedes and BMW, as well as, the Swedish brand Volvo.
In 2006, construction began on a new, 18,000 sq.ft. facility that would more than double the business' current capacity for sales and service.
In 2006, Real Autohaus Automotive opened its doors to provide auto repair in Westmont, IL and has been earning its customers trust and loyalty over the years.
In 2011, Auto Haus purchased a large building and land directly behind the 100 Greene Doctor facilities.
