Make and ball dough, frost and decorate cookies.
Maintain proper storage of food products.
Work quickly while accurately following a recipe.
Maintain cleanliness of the store.
Work with a team to accurately complete tasks
Clean and restock the workstation and ensure all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift.
Keep records relating to orders, deliveries, inventory, and production levels.
Ensure adequate levels of finished goods and boxes to fill orders.
Take client information and ensure that orders deliveries are fulfilled accurately and on time.
QUALIFICATIONS
No previous bakery experience necessary, training is offered on the job.
Energy, focus, and speed are necessary for success in this role.
Excellent customer service skills.
A dough maker should be comfortable working in a high performance, target driven environment while promoting teamwork and efficiency.
Must be competent in following a recipe and possess basic math and computer skills.
Willingness to work independently or with other team members to solve problems, plan schedules, fulfill orders, and create amazing baked goods.
Flexibility to work around customer demands, including early morning, night, weekend, and holiday availability.

WORKING CONDITIONS
Employee is subject to inside environmental conditions with exposure to excessive heat and noise levels associated with a hectic kitchen environment.
Employee is subject to prolonged periods of standing and walking.
Work is performed using standard kitchen equipment including but not limited to blenders, ovens, and scales and point-of-sale terminals.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to perform the basic life operational skills of climbing, stooping, bending, twisting, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, lifting, carrying, handling, grasping, talking, hearing and repetitive motions.
Work is generally heavy work requiring employee to frequently lift up to 50 pounds for extended periods.
Employee is required to have visual acuity to determine the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assigned, operate a computer terminal, perform extensive reading, and use measurement devices. Hearing is required to perceive information at normal spoken work levels.
Employees must use personal protective equipment as required as well as the Crumbl issued uniform.
