Our Bakers ensure quality product is available each shift by stocking the bagel wall and pastry case. A day in the life
:
Assist with low level production tasks like cookie shaping and cutting or trimming egg tart shells while maintaining consistency and quality standards.
Measure and prepare a variety of baked goods such as cookies, brioches, cheesecakes, egg tarts, puddings, fillings, buttercreams and more.
Use bakery equipment and tools to combine and cook ingredients according to specifications.
Handle, store, and label food properly to meet all safety and code requirements.
Support front of house as needed with packaging and providing quality service.
Help with cleaning, organizing, and maintaining the workspace at Privé and other locations.
Move with urgency and keep up with production standards.
Physical demands include lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for long periods, and frequent walking, bending, and reaching.
Availability for extra hours during holidays when needed.
Drive company van safely to deliver baked goods and supplies on time, load in and out products weighing up to 50 pounds, ensuring product quality and supporting team needs.

Follow printed bake sheet to ensure correct flavors and quantities are being baked.
Ensure cupcakes are being baked to Sprinkles specifications and standards every time.
Maintain clean ovens and baking areas in the kitchen.
