Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome customers entering the restaurant and calling into the restaurant.

• Accurately process cash, credit card and gift card transactions; verify age for alcohol purchases.
• Answer questions from customers and make menu recommendations.
• Monitor that all orders are read within Company quote times.
• Verify that all wings are presentable and double checking all orders before giving the order to the customer(s).
• Balance the register at the end of the shift; deliver the amount before the next shift.
• Assist in maintaining a clean workplace; keep Front of House (FOH) clean and stocked.
• Practice safe handling procedures by following all safety and sanitation guidelines; promote safety in the workplace.
• Maintain a professional and presentable appearance according to the company's Uniform Standards
• Receive and handle complaints from the customers and guide to the manager if the problem is beyond the scope of duties.
• Leave customer with a positive, long-lasting impression of their WINGSTOP experience.

JOB OVERVIEW
Responsible for effective resolution of escalated customer inquiries and written correspondence. Assist the Manager and Senior Fan Relations Manager to maintain and refine the Fan Relations program and procedures to ensure prompt, effective handling of external complaints and inquiries for International Dairy Queen, Inc.
* Participates in weekend rotation. One weekend every three weeks.
* Responds accurately, promptly, and within 24-business hours to all internal customer inquiries, including those from team members, corporate staff, independent franchise operators and territory operators.
* Ensures that customers are responded to within 72-business hours at minimum and assists with driving toward the departmental goal of 24-business hours.
* Effectively communicates with customers by phone and written correspondence with accurate, prompt and effective replies.
* Processes contacts inquiries according to expectations set by Fan Relations.
* Responds to and resolves all contacts inquiries for assigned regions, supporting and assisting other members of the Fan Relations Team as appropriate.
* Coaches contact center with processing as appropriate.
* Provides support to and coaching to business consultants regarding Fan Relations communications.
* Assists with password reset requests for fan contacts database
* Makes decisions on appropriate reimbursement (within empowered amount), on a case-by-case basis.

Qualifications
Education and Qualifications
* High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
* Minimum of one year experience in a customer service-related position; call center or Quick Service (QSR) industry preferred.

Additional Information
The Froster must also:
• Uphold the NBC image and brand.
• Assist other departments as needed and directed.
• Frost all cakes for same-day and next-day orders.
• Keep retail cases stocked with Bundtlets, 8-inch and 10- inch cakes and back-up sample trays.
• Maintain par levels in cooler or case cakes, assorted Bundtini packs and sample trays.
• Make frosting when stock level is below par.
• Fold boxes.
• Keep frosting area, tables, microwave and tool bins clean and sanitized according to local codes.
• Track frosting material inventory.
