The Cashier is responsible for checking out customer's merchandise through the POS registers. They perform various Customer Service activities, to include greeting and acknowledging all customers in a prompt and friendly manner, handling merchandise with care. The Yard Attendant maintains a neat, clean and orderly yard / storage lot, as well as boat, trailer, motor and ATV displays to ensure timely retrieval of those products when needed; transport units as requested to designated locations within the department or dealership or stage unit for shipment to outlying location. The General Maintenance role completes work order service requests in support of store operations. This position performs preventive maintenance and oversees service contractors' delivery of routine maintenance (housekeeping, landscape maintenance, pest control, etc.). This role must possess broad skills in various building trades (I.E., plumbing, carpentry, electrical, mechanical, etc.) and broad mechanical aptitude. This position is responsible to support corporate facility maintenance, energy conservation, and waste management programs. The Greeter performs various Customer Service activities, to include greeting all customers in a prompt and friendly manner, handling merchandise with care, providing information and direction to customers, distributing promotional materials, and other front-end tasking to support business needs. Greeters are expected to smile and be friendly and outgoing with every guest. They will provide an over the top customer service experience for every guest, ensuring that our customers feel welcomed and appreciated. The Boat & ATV Sales Consultant performs various Selling / Customer Service activities to assist Boat and ATV Customers in making informed buying decisions. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Supports a strong commitment to world class customer service and insures a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all customers.
