The Payroll Specialist is responsible for the accurateand timely processing of weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly, and monthly payrolls as part of a team supporting more than 60,000 employees (union and non-union) across multiple states, Canada, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. This role involves hands-on payroll processing, issue resolution, data review, and high-volume communication with internal partners. Key Responsibilities Process multi-cycle payrolls (weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly, monthly) accurately and on schedule. Gather, analyze, and summarize payroll and financial data.
