Duties include event setup, general cleaning, and assisting with deliveries and moves. **Key Responsibilities:** + Set up and break down equipment for rehearsals, productions, meetings, and classes. + Open assigned offices and work areas; report any abnormal conditions to the Building Services Supervisor. + Perform general cleaning in non-studio areas, including: + Cleaning and refilling water coolers and carafes in executive offices + Washing and cleaning walls + Assist with packing, bagging, and moving items as needed. + Remove garbage and refuse from shops, offices, cafeteria, and other areas to designated disposal locations. + Operate passenger and freight elevators as assigned. + Provide labor for sidewalk deliveries and make departmental deliveries as required. + Clean and service restrooms; perform mopping and other cleaning tasks. + Move furniture as needed. + Perform manual snow removal (appropriate attire provided by the company). + Clean glass surfaces (excluding windows). + Maintain cleanliness of the loading dock. + Physical requirement: Must be capable of lifting and transporting objects up to 50 pounds. **Additional Qualifications:** + Weekend and overtime work may be required. + 23 years of similar experience preferred.
