Mr. Eddie Capel is President, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Director of Manhattan Associates Inc. Mr. Capel had been serving as President and Chief Operating Officer since July 2012, and as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer since January 12, 2011. Previously, Mr. Capel served as Executive Vice President—Global Operations from January 2009 to January 2011. In this capacity, Mr. Capel was responsible for the Company’s global product management, research and development, and customer support functions. From January 2008 through January 2009, Mr. Capel served as Executive Vice President—Global Product Management and Customer Services. From January 2005 to January 2007, Mr. Capel served as Senior Vice President—Global Product Management and Global Customer Services and from January 2004 through January 2005 as Senior Vice President Product Management. Prior to January 2004, he held various other positions with the Company. Prior to joining Manhattan Associates in June 2000, Mr. Capel held various positions at Real Time Solutions (RTS), including chief operations officer and vice president, operations. Prior to joining Unarco, Mr. Capel worked as a project manager and system designer for ABB Robotics in the United Kingdom.

Dan Streetman is the Chief Executive Officer of TIBCO. Dan is an expert at leveraging data to support both strategic and real-time decisions. Prior to leading TIBCO, he helped lead significant data-driven transformations, most recently at BMC, Salesforce, and C3.ai. He is a strong advocate for creating cultures of collaboration and he honed his leadership skills as an Army officer, serving in combat operations and receiving decorations including the Bronze Star. He actively advocates for veterans and serves on several non-profit boards supporting education and employment. George D. Schindler is President and Chief Executive Officer of CGI and a member of its Board of Directors. He was appointed to the position in October 2016 to lead the development and execution of the company’s "Build and Buy" profitable growth strategy. Under his leadership, CGI’s professionals around the world partner with clients to lead, innovate and deliver on the transformational power of technology in a digitally connected world. Most recently, Mr. Schindler served as President and Chief Operating Officer since May 2015, where he led the company’s global operations. Since joining CGI through the company’s acquisition of American Management Systems, Inc. (AMS), Mr. Schindler has served in numerous leadership roles across CGI’s operations, including as President of the U.S. business from 2011 where he led the strategy and growth of the team in the delivery of CGI’s end-to-end services and solutions for commercial and government clients. In prior leadership roles, Mr. Schindler led the company’s Canadian operations, its portfolio of banking and investments IP, and was responsible for operations in the Greater New York region. From 2006 to 2011, Mr. Schindler served as President of CGI Federal, a wholly-owned U.S. subsidiary serving U.S. government clients. As President, he led the integration of a $1 billion acquisition, adding capabilities and scale to the overall U.S. business. A recognized industry leader, Mr. Schindler is based at the company’s global headquarters in Montréal, and frequently speaks and writes about technology and business strategy topics. He maintains an active involvement in the community and is one of the executive sponsors for CGI’s Dream Connectors program, which connects the talents of the firm’s professionals with the needs of the more than 400 communities where they live and work every day. Mr. Schindler holds a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science from Purdue University.
