The Calibration Engineer is responsible for developing the optimal engine calibration to meet drivability metrics along with ensuring optimal emissions and fuel economy. The engineer is responsible for the calibration maturity and development of sub features resulting in an overall optimal propulsion system. This spans the entirety of the lifecycle of development through conceptual phase, strategy development, calibration execution to subsystem and vehicle level validation including robustness evaluations. Key responsibilities: Strategic Planning & Execution: Support and implement the next-generation System Engineering solution. PLM Integration & Optimization: Lead the deployment of industry-standard PLM tools with minimal customization.
