o On a daily basis, verify and attach backup documentation into AX for all customers, and perform the complete invoicing process for B2B customers.
o Maintain sales reporting and messaging between internal and external management.
o Learn company database systems to enable user support for internal departmental personnel and customer support.
o Answer customers' questions about URT products, services, prices, availability, product uses, and credit terms. Recommend solutions to customers, based on customers' needs and interests.
o Coordinate new customer set-up meetings with various management and other company departments assuring program objectives, tasks management and service requirements.
o Maintain company calendar for customer visit scheduling and facilitating and coordinating with departmental personnel and other company departments meeting objectives.
o Customer Service support on demand basis estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, and delivery dates.
o As required contact prospective and current customers to evaluate progress and customer satisfaction levels provided by URT and follow-up as necessary with internal resources and customer to resolve any pending issues.
o Some travel required supporting URT product line support, industry trade conferences and other related travel as directed by reporting manager.
o Other job-related tasks and objectives as assigned by facility, sales, and logistics management team.

Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s Degree in Business preferred; and five or more years’ experience in sales, telemarketing, and customer service.
