Marc J. Weinstein serves as Chief Privacy Officer of Caveon, LLC and Vice President of Caveon Investigative Services. As Chief Privacy officer, Marc oversees and implements Caveon’s privacy policies and practices to protect the privacy and security of confidential and sensitive client and stakeholder data and information, and ensure compliance with all applicable privacy laws and policies. As Vice President of Caveon Investigative Services (CIS), Marc collaborates with other Caveon test security professionals to provide testing and assessment organizations with non-legal consulting and investigative services to assist them in planning and managing responses to test security incidents that threaten the validity of test results. Marc is an experienced professional investigator and trial attorney* who began his career in 1998 as a prosecutor in the Office of the State Attorney for Miami-Dade County, Florida, where he investigated and prosecuted thousands of criminal cases for the State of Florida.

Steve is Caveon is the Chief Operations Officer. In addition to driving Caveon’s growth, Steve provides consultations services to Caveon clients, ensuring they find comprehensive solutions for all of their test security needs. Steve’s deep involvement in the delivery of Caveon’s security services often includes extensive client outreach and conducting exhaustive reviews and analysis of testing program structures and test security planning. Steve Addicott is a senior technology professional with nearly three decades of sales and marketing experience devoted to companies in the business services, technology, and measurement arenas. A hands-on leader, Steve has a proven track record of building high-performance relationships that deliver significant revenue results. He has played instrumental roles in management, business development, marketing, and customer service operations with diverse organizations ranging from start-ups to Fortune100 companies.

Dennis Maynes’ heads up their Data Forensics division. His current interests and emphasis are in the development and usage of testing models to test for change and aberrant patterns. He is also actively pursuing applied research in optimal sequential model selection for pattern recognition. He specializes in linear and non-linear modeling using regression, neural networks, and sequential models. He employed his skills during tenures at Wicat Systems and Wicat Education Institute, Intel, and Fonix, a speech recognition company. Maynes holds a Master’s Degree in statistics from Brigham Young University.

Tara Williams is a Chief Editor at Caveon LLC and is based in Midvale, Utah. She attended University of Evansville between 2002 and 2006, Stellenbosch University/Universiteit Stellenbosch between 2004 and 2005, and George Mason University between 2006 and 2009.
