CenterEdge treats its employees like members of the family.
Frequent employee appreciation events.
The leadership team is well balanced and tends to take into account the concerns central to each part of the organization.
In my experience, compensation at CenterEdge has been above the industry average.
CenterEdge employs many diverse people.
There is a great team that works well together across all departments. I feel that we all work well together and build off of each other.
I think there could be better benefits overall. There could be a better 401K match than what we have now.
I enjoy the celebration week and the things that the team brings to the table. It's not always the money and things like that but sometimes it's the little things that improve moral.
I think they listen to the concerns of the team and take them to heart.
Some e-learning and some team-building
Study the information on the company and what the company is all about. Then look at the products and services and how they use them with their customers.
To be honest I am not sure I haven't looked or investigated but I think it would be a little low compared to other places at this point in time.
I think we do a great job in this area.
Knowing that I have done a great job and helped the team or our customers. Just knowing that I am making a difference.
We work in a very interesting industry (family entertainment) and really allow the flexibility needed to have a great work/life balance. Also we get the opportunity to have a lot of variety and autonomy in our work.
I love getting my birthday off every year!
During COVID we were without an office for a while, but we do now have an office again.
There is a lot of access to everyone at the top of the company and I feel as though I can voice any concerns I have.
I'd love to have more face to face interaction with my colleagues, but in and outside of work.
I feel that my compensation is on par with the industry average and I feel very valued. In my opinion, high performers do exceedingly well here.
Software and family entertainment are both very diverse industries and that is well represented within CenterEdge.
I love hearing from our clients about how they love the tools that we offer them, and how it helps them to serve their communities.
The pros of working at Centeredge Software the employees work as a team with troubleshooting and supporting clients.
The cons of working at Centeredge Software are none.
My favorite perk/benefit is working remotely.
What I like best about the CEO and leadership team is having and sharing a great moral.
I have no improvement for the company culture. The company culture is great.
I prepared for an interview by reviewing and learning more about the company and position before the interview.

The representation of diverse demographics within the organization is well diverse.
The teamwork and support from coworkers bring the most joy at work.
No sick days, and on the lower end of overall PTO benefits, very little room to balance work and life
A lot of freedom in development, always learning about cutting edge tech
Increasing PTO or reconsidering our PTO policy, advising our employees to take time off on a regular basis, though we share a lot of time at the workplace we should all prioritize our time outside that workplace
About the same as the current industry average, but only for Salary, not for benefits, my benefits are on the much much lower side of my industries average
A great, friendly, and inclusive company to work for. We work hard but we have a lot of fun, too.
You don't get big corporate-style benefits.
Very flexible work hours and remote work.
I prepared by learning about the industry and tech stack that CenterEdge operates in so I could speak intelligently about them.
Even more activities that help with remote team building.
They support their employees and care about them personally, they aren't just cogs in a wheel.
Compensation is lower than big-corporate levels, but around the industry average for the size of the company.
CenterEdge is very diverse.
Creating awesome products for an awesome industry.
Excellent management. Team member interaction. Tool/hardware provision for job performance
The people. Always the people. Our guys are always willing to jump in and help when there's an issue a team member needs assistance with. I've never heard 'I'm too busy' when asking for a hand, although everyone is always swamped.
Open door policy. Willingness to listen. Tolerance/understanding
I was still at My Computer Career and had a couple of brand-new certifications under my belt. I wasn't sure what kind of questions I'd be asked so I went back and reviewed all I'd learned for those.
I can't really speak to what everyone else makes but mine appears to be significantly higher than the industry average.
It's great. I think it's ignorant to base hiring on the color of someone's skin. It should always be about who's best for the position that's available.
When one of our clients lets me know how well I've done to meet his/her expectations.
I think the pros of working at CenterEdge are the flexibility, the mutual respect, and the people.
