Seth is a passionate strategic retail leader with a servant leader mindset. Seth coaches, guides, inspires and empowers his teams to achieve sustainable results. With more than 26 years of off-price industry experience, Seth has served successfully as a Turnaround CEO, CMO, and SVP of Merchandising for retail companies in times of high growth and strategic change. Seth is a merchant strategist and player coach with a rare blend of finance, operations, marketing, supply chain and merchandising skills. Seth has quarterbacked growth at all of the organizations he has served, with revenues ranging from $200M to $10B.

Seth currently serves as the CEO of IE Retail Ventures, International Enterprises and Fred's Discount Outlet, a leader in extreme value retail procurement, reverse logistics and distribution. Prior to this role, Seth served as the CEO of Hilco Wholesale Solutions and Chief Merchant for Hilco Merchant Resources a global leader in asset liquidation work. In this role, Seth was responsible for day-to-day management and growth of the company's consumer inventory practice. Seth joined Hilco from Sears Holdings where he had served as the Head of Strategic Merchandising; he was responsible for implementing and managing all the strategic off-price sourcing initiatives at Sears and Kmart. Seth is well known in the industry and recognized as an innovator who has engineered unique strategic merchandising transformations at all of the retail organizations where he has served.

He has also served as the Senior Vice President of Merchandising, Cooperative Advertising, Market Place Development and Strategic Initiatives at Overstock.com , Chief Marketing Officer & Group President at Tuesday Morning Stores, Turnaround CEO of Liquidation World (formerly Big Lots Canada) and the Vice President of Merchandising at Big Lots U.S. Seth brings a high-level of urgency every day and a genuine enthusiasm for leading teams to change results.
