Pamela Lindeman was selected as President and CEO of Child Focus in 2019 following an extensive 7-month national search which attracted applicants from across the country. As President and CEO, Pamela is responsible for all corporate decisions and managing the overall operations of Child Focus. Pamela brings more than 30 years of accomplished leadership experience in nonprofit governance, executive leadership, behavioral health and early learning. A summa cum laude graduate from the University of Cincinnati, School of Social Work, Xavier University Graduate Counseling Program and the University of Notre Dame, Mendoza College of Business Nonprofit Executive Leadership Program, Pamela has a proven track record and unparalleled success in progressively distinguished executive leadership roles throughout her career. A transformational, results-driven leader, Pamela offers a wealth of expertise in visioning, strategic planning, change management, and in motivating and developing high performing teams.
