Skills, Knowledge and Expertise 2+ years of sales experience, preferable in insurance, real estate, restoration, or a related field. Strong ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close sales. Public Adjuster Solicitor license preferred (or willingness to obtain). Self-motivated with strong communication and negotiation skills. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Business-like professional appearance. Ability to close on first call.
