Bob Kamphuis has 38 years of business and finance experience. He currently holds the positions of Chairman of the Board, President & CEO of Mayville Engineering Company, Inc. (MEC) headquartered in Mayville, Wisconsin with 16 plants located in Michigan, Mississippi, South Carolina, Virginia, and Wisconsin.As Chairman of the Board, Bob is responsible for developing the vision and setting the strategic direction for the company, while ensuring its long-term success through a focus on superior value creation for all MEC stakeholders.As President & CEO, Bob drives business development and performance across five MEC divisions and has realized a sales CAGR of 12.5% during his tenure. In the past, Bob served as Chairman of the Mercury Marine Supplier Advisory Council, as well as Chairman of the CEO’s Council for Manufacturers Alliance for Productivity and Innovation (MAPI).Bob holds a Bachelor of Business Administration & Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, and is a graduate of the Executive International Leadership Program at Stanford University.
