Griff has been instrumental in developing and driving the growth of DLR Group's vertical markets and its geographic footprint nationally and internationally. Key to this growth strategy is a relentless focus on forging a DLR Group brand that reflects and amplifies the firm's culture and commitment to design excellence and sustainability. Griff joined DLR Group on Sept. 1, 1980 and has practiced his entire career with the firm. He was instrumental in establishing the Minneapolis DLR Group office and specialized in the K-12 education and higher education markets before being named managing principal in 2005.
