+ Territory development to include development of local business partnerships and organizational affiliations and local enhancement of Comcast positioning and brand.
+ Maintaining quality sales records and preparation of sales and activity reports as required.
+ Responsible for Customer Satisfaction and supporting a positive impression of the Comcast Experience.
+ New acquisition sales of Comcast Commercial Internet, Video and Voice services to small and mid-size businesses.
+ Generation of new leads with targeted businesses through various prospecting activities, including cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals and partner relationships.

**Minimum Qualifications and Eligibility Requirements**
+ Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree from a United States-based college or university
+ **Rising Senior only** (must have a graduation date between Winter 2026- Spring 2027)
+ Returning to degree-program (for at least a semester) after the completion of the summer internship (meaning, student must be returning to school for Fall 2026 semester before graduating)
+ Available to work 40 hours per week over the course of the summer program- **June 1 through August 14, 2026**

What You'll Do
Scope and prioritize high-value use cases at the network edge, size TAM/SAM/SOM, and translate findings into crisp product bets and pricing recommendations. Support design and delivery of Summer pilots for Edge Control and Edge AI solutions with partners in computer vision and robotics, then quantify impact and codify repeatable offers. Produce executive-ready briefs, PRDs, and KPI dashboards that guide go-to-market and investment decisions. Collaborate cross-functionally with TFB, Network, and Data & AI teams to validate performance claims and customer value.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyze markets and customer signals to prioritize edge-ready AI inferencing and Edge Control use cases, building TAM/SAM/SOM and unit-economics models.
* Draft lightweight PRDs, user journeys, and acceptance criteria for pilots across video intelligence, industrial IoT, and robotics.

**Organization & Team Overview**
Comcast's Market Development organization consists of Business Development Representatives (BDRs), Market Development Representatives (MDRs), and Development eXpansion Professionals (DXPs). Together, they design, develop, and support network expansion initiatives across the Florida Region. Their efforts focus on building relationships and executing projects that extend Comcast's network to tens of thousands of additional passings each year-covering both homes and businesses. This includes securing entry rights to properties and managing internal and external timelines while maintaining strong customer relationships.

As a Market Development Intern on the Market Development team, you will partner on reporting and process-documentation efforts to increase operational clarity and efficiency. You will use Smartsheet to maintain dashboards, gather and analyze data from various sources, and transform complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders. You'll also map, document, and optimize business processes - converting current workflows into streamlined standard operating procedures that boost consistency, reduce waste, and enable data-driven decision-making.

**Minimum Qualifications and Eligibility Requirements**
+ Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree from a United States-based college or university
+ **Rising Junior or Rising Senior** only (must have a graduation date between **Winter 2026- Spring 2028** )
+ Returning to degree-program (for at least a semester) after the completion of the summer internship (meaning, student must be returning to school for Fall 2026 semester before graduating)
+ Available to work 40 hours per week over the course of the summer program starting June 1, 2026, through August 14, 2026
+ Authorized to work in the United States with no current or future sponsorship needs
+ Available to report in-person to the work location on the job posting (unless virtual offering)
