Department OverviewThe Evidence Product Management team owns the roadmap for delivering Motorola Solutions' body cameras, vehicle cameras, and evidence management software. Job Description The position is for a summer internship opportunity at Motorola Solutions in our Chicago office for our Growth Operations team. In this role, you will showcase thought leadership by identifying industry trends to recommend, plan for and address market opportunities with new hardware, software and service solution recommendations. This role is critical to shifting the team from reactive to proactive, data-informed decision-making. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Analyze customer needs and market opportunity to select and help to prioritize portfolio decisions that impact hardware and software priorities Uncover trends and provide insights from business analysis to support strategic product decisions Run voice of customer to help test current and future portfolio plans Build win/loss analysis per product to provide better insight into sales and customer decision-making processes Analyze customer segments with contracts ending soon to inform the sales team and strategize product roadmap planning Assist in responding to core business questions from Sales and Product Management using systematic data analysis Work with the Services team to understand common support issues and escalations related to Evidence products Conduct research on expansion markets for Evidence products to inform future strategy Collaborate with the Competitive Intelligence team to perform broader market research for future planning Gather and synthesize external information to support the development of effective sales narratives and materials #LI-RS1 Basic Requirements Must be pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Engineering Management or a similar field and graduating December 1st, 2026 or later.
