Job Summary Responsible for developing, designing, building, and testing reports and dashboards for human resources to support the people strategy of the business. Employs advanced data visualization methods to present information in a concise and impactful manner. Integrates knowledge of business and functional priorities. Quantitatively evaluates and recommends action plans, based on operational reporting and analysis, to drive business strategies. Maps metrics against the Company's operational plans and tactical/strategic goals to ensure alignment and focus. Develops and maintains standard reporting measures, quantitative explanation of relevant data and ongoing analysis of alternatives and solutions. Always determines work priorities and can prioritize work for others. Acts as a resource for colleagues at all levels and can make directional decisions accurately. Job Description Core Responsibilities Analyze and clearly communicate data. Create front-end data visualizations that succinctly tell a story based on your data analysis. Present data informed conclusions to customers seeking answers. Experience in any BI (Business Intelligence) tool necessary (Tableau, PowerBI, PowerApps, Looker plus SQL). Knowledge or experience with Python & Alteryx preferred, but not required. Key system knowledge includes Excel, Smartsheet, PowerPoint and SharePoint. Experience with Workday preferred. Additional Requirements Data collection and model development to determine trends, including utilizing statistical analysis methodologies to analyze data, validate findings, and determine actionable business insights. Query large data platforms, such as Teradata and SQL Server, to obtain data necessary for analysis; develop data visualizations using Tableau and PowerBI. Utilize SQL, R, Python and Power Automate to import, clean, transform, and manipulate data. Prepare reports for executive leadership, and effectively communicate trends, patterns, and predictions so that leadership can draw conclusions from the data for decision making purposes. Research root causes of data anomalies and troubleshoot any issues. Design and maintain business intelligence solutions, including applying machine learning algorithms to data sets when needed. Mentor, train, and provide guidance to junior-level Analysts. Aggregate, scrub and build succinct reporting out of large swaths of data. This includes building Tableau dashboards, working with Smartsheet data and reporting tools, and reporting in Excel. Evaluating reporting and recommending action plans to drive business decisions, enhance the customer experience and drive operational efficiencies. The annual base salary for this position is anticipated to be $125K. The final offer may be determined by a number of factors, including, but not limited to, the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal team benchmarks. This role may be performed fully remotely within the United States. Please note that our US headquarters are located in NYC. We also have office hubs in Austin, Miami, and Mountain View. If the remote work is performed outside of these offices, income may be subject to New York State tax withholding.
