Minimum Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a certification program (e.g., Boot Camp, Apprenticeship, Community College), or currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program. Relevant fields include: Business, Supply Chain, Communications, Mathematics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or a related program or other academic certification.
Communications Experience: Extensive experience in public relations, digital communications, event planning, and/or multimedia content creation, with a portfolio of successful projects.
Creative and Technical Writing: Demonstrated ability to craft clear, compelling, and engaging content for various channels, including creative writing, technical documentation, press releases, blog posts, newsletters, and social media.
Self-Starter: Proven track record of initiating and leading projects, such as starting organizations, conferences, competitions, or publications, showcasing entrepreneurial spirit and initiative.
Leadership Experience: Demonstrated leadership abilities through roles in student organizations, or significant involvement in extracurricular activities.
Strong Attention to Detail: Exceptional spelling and grammar skills, ensuring high-quality and error-free content in all communications.

For non-sales roles, employees are also eligible to earn annual bonuses subject to Cisco's policies.
Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components, subject to the applicable Cisco plan. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco typically pays as follows:
.75% of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to 50% of quota;
1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%;
1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and
Once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.
For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay 0% up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.

The TeamThe Robotics Machine Learning Team's charter is to push the frontiers of research in robotics and machine learning to develop the future capabilities required for general-purpose robots able to operate in unstructured environments such as homes or factories.
The InternshipWe have several research thrusts under our broad mission, and we are looking for a research intern in any of these areas:
Data-efficient and general algorithms for learning robust policies leveraging multiple sensing modalities: proprioception, images, 3D representations, etc.Data annotation and filtering.
