Environmental Compliance Program Manager Responsibilities:
1. Lead environmental compliance program efforts, across North America data centers from construction through operations. Program efforts may include, but are not limited to: air permitting and notifications, biological surveys, stormwater management, fuel management, emergency planning and community right-to-know (EPCRA), and spill prevention control and countermeasures (SPCC)
2. Interpret and communicate technical environmental requirements, identify compliance issues, act as a subject matter expert, and coordinate key initiatives with external partners (general contractors), consultants, and internal partners (environmental health and safety (EHS), facility personnel, legal, and other stakeholders)
3. Assess compliance findings and risk, and provide direction on investigation, corrective action(s), and compliance requirements to applicable stakeholders. Coordinate environmental incident investigation(s) as applicable
4. Prepare, submit, and/or complete technical reviews of reports and notifications to federal, state, and local government agencies
5. Develop and implement training and educational tools to support construction and operations teams in meeting regulatory obligations and permit requirements
6. Conduct compliance assessments/site visits, and communicate findings and solutions
7. Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for environmental compliance
8. Travel domestically and internationally, as needed

10. 7+ years of experience in environmental compliance

13. Experience effectively communicating technical information including complex regulatory requirements
14. Experience working with highly confidential information
15. Experience with data management (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets) and environmental management information systems
16. Experience working in pivoting organizations, including application of best practices in unusual and test/pilot settings
17. Experience managing time-sensitive projects through to completion while balancing evolving priorities and a broad range of stakeholders
18. Experience identifying and mitigating environmental compliance risk, escalating to appropriate stakeholders

Position Overview
The Contract Compliance Analyst III will facilitate contract implementation and revenue pull-through activities, both proactive and reactive, with internal and external parties. This position will ensure the public and private payer reimbursement. Essential Duties
Include, but are not limited to, the following:
Develop communication for contracts, amendments, and notifications for the internal Revenue Cycle Team (RCT) customers and collaborate with the Field Managed Care team in negotiations with payers for operational optimization.
Play a role in the development and maintenance of a contract database and contract management system, working with the credentialing and legal teams.
Collaborate with finance and analytics to identify, analyze, and determine next steps to address negative revenue pull-through scenarios specific to payers and across payer segments; including Medicare Advantage, Blues, Medicaid, etc.
Collaborate with RCT Managers and specialists to develop and leverage relationships with billing operations staff and payers when resolving claim adjudication issues, both contractual and non-contractual.
Support execution of pull-through plans to meet quarterly/annual revenue recovery goals.
Identify broad revenue opportunities that span a particular customer segment; including utilizing Content Management Systems (CMS) for noncontracted Managed Medicare non-payments and the Employer Coalition initiative.
Consistently identify opportunities to recover revenue.
Collaborate with the Managed Care team to identify and prioritize plan(s) utilizing key payers for targeted efforts to impact coverage policy decisions.
Facilitate conversations with appropriate Exact personnel early in the contracting process to provide an overview of the account to avoid delay in implementation down the road.

Responsible for supporting Staffing Plan creation and updates,

Completing referrals to Legal Service Providers (LSP), child advocates and other stakeholders per ORR Policy;
Serve as the point of contact (POC) for ORR's PCAN Coordinator regarding matters related to ORR Policy/IFR standards and report information to Program Director and PSA Review Team as needed; provide response and accountability for ORR/IFR compliance at NYAP Programs and elevating concerns to National Director of Operations;
Ensure Programs follow proper ORR Policy related to third party reporting and maintaining privacy/confidentiality of information;

Responsible for compiling data, creating and generating reports for PCAN and other ORR and State stakeholders as necessary; create, maintain, update and ensure compliance with ORR PSA bulletin boards, staffing plans, update video monitoring requirements and ensure documentation of video monitoring upgrades, update and provide PSA orientations when needed;
Participate as SME during Incident Review Team meetings, create and update NYAP PSA guidelines and ORR/IFR documentation, maintain all records for ORR/ IFR audit purposes;
Participate in public appearances and presentations as requested, and work collaboratively with other NYAP programs and staff throughout the organization;
Initiate referrals to the Office of Trafficking in Persons (OTIP), LSP, child advocates and other stakeholders;
Assist in the development of PSA related child friendly materials and maintenance of up-to-date posters and materials required by ORR/PCAN or other stakeholders;
Collaborate with continuous quality improvement efforts to assure that service quality and reporting meets contract requirements;

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in behavioral sciences, human services, or social services fields and

LOCATION: Columbus, WI
SUMMARY: Ensuring the safety and regulatory compliance of food contact packaging materials is a critical business requirement. The Corporate Regulatory Compliance Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining programs that establish our packaging materials are in compliance with regulations in North America, Europe, and other countries our packaging materials are sold in. By applying technical, organizational and project managerial skills, guidance will be provided to Packaging R&D, Sales, Quality, and Manufacturing teams on packaging regulatory matters.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following, as well as other duties as assigned.
Manage internal process, governance and systems/databases to efficiently maintain regulatory compliance of packaging materials; both supplier regulatory information and communications to customers.
Respond to customer surveys and requests for regulatory information.
Collaborate with external suppliers to ensure newly developed or revised packaging materials meet regulatory requirements of targeted applications.
Proactively anticipates potential hurdles and works with sales and technical teams to resolve.
Keep abreast of key regulatory and consumer developments for packaging materials via workgroups, literature reviews and industry news. Determine business implications, communicate with cross functional stakeholders, and put action plans in place to address.
Represent APC at conferences and participation in professional association activities including industry workgroups focused on packaging and food safety.
Provide training and guidance on regulatory requirements for packaging specifications.
Manage verification testing and maintain requirements to ensure our packaging materials are safe for use as intended
Lead the process to ensure that new materials entering our facilities have been evaluated for food safety and that they are safe for their intended use.
Manage the process for other packaging based regulatory information to include Drug Master File, Sustainable Materials, End of Life Packaging Responsibilities such as EPR and PPWR, and other material certifications.
Organizational Relationships:
Reports directly to the Director of R&D and Technical Solutions who provides overall strategic direction. Weekly interaction to provide progress updates on projects.
Interacts with Customers, Suppliers, Sales, Purchasing, Technical, Quality, and Manufacturing Departments at each Center of Excellence to ensure materials have been assessed for their intended use, and supports the required customer documentation as needed.
Responsible for all discussions and communications with legal advice and customers.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (B.S) in Engineering, Quality, Packaging Science / Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Material Science or Food Science. Minimum 3-5 years' experience in regulatory compliance for packaging materials. Minimum 5-10 years' technical experience in food packaging.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
