**Key Responsibilities**

+ Participate in Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and ensure all changes are documented and approved before implementation.

+ Implement network security best practices, including firewall policies, IDS/IPS, and VLAN segmentation.
+ Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., PCI-DSS, HIPAA).
+ **Documentation & Reporting**
+ Maintain accurate network diagrams, configurations, SOPs, and change logs.
+ Provide regular performance and incident reports to management and clients.
+ **Client Interaction**
+ Collaborate with clients on network strategy, upgrades, and migrations.
+ Participate in technical meetings and provide consultative guidance.
**Required Qualifications**
+ **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
+ **Experience:**
+ 5+ years in network engineering roles, preferably in MSP or NOC environments.
+ Hands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Palo Alto, or similar platforms.
+ **Certifications:**
+ CCNP or equivalent required; CCIE, JNCIP, or similar preferred.
+ ITIL Foundation certification strongly preferred.
+ **Technical Skills:**
+ Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VLANs, QoS.
