We specialize in remodeling and renovation and are seeking a motivated construction laborer to perform several trades, support on-site operations, assist with material handling, and ensure projects run efficiently from start to finish.
General Laborers play a critical role at Triad Pacific, getting work done and helping the team to deliver projects efficiently and to the highest standard. They help ensure every project stays on schedule, remains within budget, and meets the company's quality expectations.

AS OUR CONSTRUCTION GENERAL LABORER
You will work a Monday - Friday schedule.
You will be responsible for performing various construction tasks, load and unload materials, and follow directions from supervisors and other skilled tradesmen. To do well in this role you should be physically fit, reliable, and be a hard worker.
Responsibilities include:
Operate and care for construction equipment and tools.
Help carpenters, and other skilled labor when necessary.
Complete construction tasks on your own
Prep construction sites by cleaning obstacles and hazards.
Load or unload construction materials.
Put together and take apart temporary structures, such as scaffolding.
Follow instructions from supervisors.
Assist craft workers.
Ready to learn from on-the-job training when necessary.
Perform site clean-up
WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS:
3+ years of experience in construction field
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Technology proficiency
Ability to provide your own basic hand tools
Ability to perform hands-on work for the entire day

Northwest Landscape Services (NLS) is looking for a limited number of experienced Landscape Construction Laborers for our landscape construction division in Vancouver, WA. This is a great opportunity for workers in either the Landscape, Hardscape, or Construction fields.

What You Will Be Doing as a Landscape Construction Laborer at NLS:
Perform Landscape Construction Enhancement tasks, including but not limited to: sod, soil and bark installation, replacement, and/or removal; drainage and irrigation installation, and hardscape construction
Operate various Landscape Construction Equipment, such as ditch witches, bobcats, and power tools, etc. (training provided)
Promote and maintain safe working conditions.
Qualifications:
1+ years Landscape Maintenance, Landscape Construction, or General Outdoor Construction Experience Required
Experience with Landscape Construction Equipment Preferred
WA State Driver's License Preferred
Ability to Communicate in Both English and Spanish Preferred

What You'll Bring
Qualifications:
Possess a valid CDL driver's license with a good driving record.
High School Diploma from accredited school or its equivalent.
Two (2) years of experience in aerial construction or telecom trade.

Ability to apply preventative maintenance and service to motor vehicles and motorized equipment and to make minor adjustments to correct performance malfunctions in the field.

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time hourly position, expected to work at least 40 hours per week. This position operates in an outdoor environment and is regularly exposed to outside weather conditions including; extreme cold, rain, sleet, snow, humidity, high temperatures, and high wind. The outside work environment will vary throughout the day including changes in terrain, traffic, urban settings, and/or rural settings. This position may occasionally be exposed to natural gas and to the risk of electrical shock. Exposure to moderate to loud noise levels.
Physical Requirements:
Tasks involve the intermittent performance of physically demanding work, typically involving some combination of reaching, bending, stooping, kneeling, or crouching, and that may involve the lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling of moderately heavy objects and materials (20-75 pounds).
