The right candidate will assists the Superintendent with the management of the community job site as it relates to home construction while providing excellent customer service. This includes but is not limited to assisting in scheduling and supervising job site subcontractors, maintaining quality standards, cost management, homeowner walk-throughs, inspections, community maintenance and upkeep, and enforcing safety standards. Project Manager Accountability for the overall project and ultimately responsible for providing project management, creation of project risk management and project controls plans, and participation in all phases of a construction life cycle. Reports directly to the Owner's Project Manager. Main liaison between the customer and project design and operations team.
