Commercial Project Superintendents are responsible for the overall work performance of all crews and craft discipline workers on a job site. Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate material, labor, and equipment estimates based on each client's scope of work. Conduct weekly on-site visits for open projects; provide updates to corporate teams and clients. Identify challenges, client concerns, and potential roadblocks-and deliver effective, timely solutions. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. 2-5 years of construction management experience. Strong working knowledge of general construction and estimating. Ability to manage multiple projects across various phases of construction. Understanding of local/state building codes and permitting requirements. Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications. Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and cloud-based systems. Excellent communication skills and a high level of attention to detail. Valid driver's license; ability to pass a background check and drug test.
