Asphalt Laborer's assist in the paving for roads, highways, and parking lots. Asphalt Laborer's are essential to the construction/paving crew. They will assist in the paving and construction of highways/private roadways/parking lots/driveways using handheld tools. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES OF POSITION: Ensure a safe work environment in compliance with all safety policies and procedures using the appropriate tools and equipment for the task.
